Over the past 20 years, Rainbow Days, Inc. has led small educational support groups with more than 35,000 children and youth. These Curriculum-Based Support Groups use an age and culturally appropriate curriculum that serves as the cornerstone of the Rainbow Days prevention strategy. In group, children and youth are introduced to important topics such as feelings, family and friends, healthy decision-making, changes, and goal setting for the future. These groups, which have been shown to have a major impact on the lives of those participating, are held at various locations throughout many communities, including:
- Elementary and Middle Schools
- Community centers and churches
- Homeless and family violence shelters
- After-school programs
- Alcohol and drug abuse treatment centers
- Hospital and community programs for children impacted by AIDS/HIV
- Childcare centers

In addition to support groups, Rainbow Days provides a variety of other positive experiences for children, youth, and their families, including:
- Summer camps
- Drama and visual arts retreats
- New school supplies & clothing drives
- Family Outings
- "Life Skills" Training Programs
